Bilingual Technical Support Representatives

We are seeking Full-Time & Part-Time Bilingual Technical Support Representatives to start training Monday, November 19 in Montreal! Attending this training period is mandatory in order to be considered for this position.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Day, evening, night shifts are available as well (i.e., 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am, 6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm, 2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm).
Responsibilities:
  • Working in a multi-platform environment such as: Win XP, Vista, Win 7, Win 8, Mac OSX, Android, IOS, Blackberry OS, Internet browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc), Outlook, Internet-related protocols, Security products (i.e Firewall technology, Anti-virus).
  • Setup & troubleshoot hardware devices (ranging from MP3 players to gaming consoles)
  • Diagnose and correct networking problems for home users & small businesses
  • Identify new virus & spyware issues as they arise
  • Remain up-to-date on the latest removal techniques
Qualifications:
  • Strong interest in technology (tech experience is an asset)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good documentation skills
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Possess excellent English and French communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Effective telephone communication skills
  • Flexible availabilities -- Our offices operate on a 24x7 schedule - Available to work weekends and overnight (asset)
  • Advanced knowledge of all or some of the following: Win XP, Vista, Win 7, Win 8, Mac OSX, Android, IOS, Blackberry OS, Internet browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc), Outlook, Internet-related protocols, Security products (i.e Firewall technology, Anti-virus).
  • Previous call center or relevant customer service or sales experience.
  • Previous technical support experience (face-to-face, chat, email or over the phone).
  • MCSE or A+ certified is a plus (and could result in higher pay).
Advantages:
  • Training salary $12/hr
  • Starting salary $14/hour + monthly incentive bonuses + overnight premium (+$1.50/hr)
