About the Company:

We are a container unloading service provider who helps our clients by converting inbound freight into inventory that is ready for distribution. We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team.  

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with candidate interviews and assisting with the onboarding and training of new employees.

Shift: Monday to Friday; 9:00 am to 5:00 pm


  • Review candidate resumes
  • Assist with interviews
  • Input new employee information in company database
  • Ensure all employee information in the database is up to date and accurate
  • Provide administrative support as requested
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as requested

We Require:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an office environment
  • Prior interviewing experience is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Able to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs; Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills; able to multi-task
