Technical Support Level 1 Customer Service BILINGUAL French-English $16.50 per hour to start

This job posting is posted on behalf of our client. We are Hiring Help and we perform pre-screening and screening services for our clients. If you are hiring you will work directly for our client as a full time employee and be able to receive medical benefits after 3 months.

We are seeking Level-1 BILINGUAL  (French-English) CUSTOMER SERVICE people.

Your job will be to take calls from clients having issues with their cell phones and tablets and getting them set-up and assisting them with their issues resolving s many as you can. If you can not resolve you pass onto Level 2 customer service.

Can you help people set up and troubleshoot their cell phones? If yes and your are Bilingual we want you!

During Covid-19: We have taken to social distancing. You will be interviewed by phone.

If you are hiried during Covid -19 you will:

1. Work from home

2. you must have high speed internet minimum 15 Down, 1 up and a Ping no higher than 150

3. You will be required to come pick up a computer, keyboard, headset and ethernet cable at our offices .

4. You must be able to plug computer into your router with an Ethernet cable. Wireless not permitted due to security.

 

 Once Covid-19 rules are relaxed, you will be asked to come and work from our office at Pie-ix Blvd and Rue de Rouen.

 

We run 3 shifts, 24 hours per day 7 days per week. You will more than likely have top work some weekends.
